The Company has a rolling programme to support apprentices under the managing agency of ConstructionSkills.
Elliott Brickwork recognises that the training of apprentices can help develop the supervision skills of the existing workforce, whilst reducing the chance of skills shortages in the future.
Apprentices provide a higher overall productivity and contribute to the bottom line.
Apprentices also make our business more competitive and they reduce overall staff turnover, along with being trained the “Elliott” way. They are always there to provide an extra pair of hands when needed.
